First, Zimmer verified users’ legal drinking age before any interaction, ensuring alignment with responsible drinking standards. Once verified, the AI-led chat initiated real-time conversations with users, guiding them to nearby bars serving beer brand and offering exclusive discounts to encourage trial.
Zimmer also connected directly with e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada, allowing users to explore personalized offers and complete purchases instantly within the chat interface. This unified experience connected discovery and conversion in one process, enhancing the significance and measurability of each interaction.
Results
The campaign delivered exceptional outcomes, far exceeding industry benchmarks. beer brand achieved a 51.14% conversation rate, with users spending an average of 1 minute 29 seconds interacting with the AI-assistant which is nearly double the usual engagement time. Most notably, conversions were 5.6x higher than category benchmarks.
