Zimmer provided instant answers about charging, performance specs, and range, saving valuable research time. Running across high-traffic digital channels, this unified experience connected discovery and decision-making in one seamless process.

Results
Audi India achieved a 9.2% engagement rate and an impressive 86% viewability, with users actively exploring features through the AI assistant. The campaign answered over 200,000 queries, with ‘charging’ being the most tapped interaction. Additionally, the campaign delivered a 2.56% CTR, 1.7x the planned benchmark.
